For those projects where access and ingress are difficult, Industriel Techniques Ltd has specialist experience in piece small site building, past examples include on-site construction of a 50m3 externally stiffened rectangular Hot liquor tank, on-site fabrication and installation of a 40m3 reboiler and re-lining and re-jacketing of various fermentation vessels.

On-site repair & modification

In addition to new construction, Industriel Techniques Ltd carry out on-site repair and modifications.

Quality/inspection and testing

For all levels of criticality Industriel Techniques Ltd apply the appropriate level of testing and inspection with appraisal and surveillance by Third Party notified bodies e.g Allianz, Lloyds, British Engineering, Zurich and Bureau Veritas.

Welding

Industriel Techniques Ltd hold a comprehensive dossier of Third Party approved weld procedures and welder qualifications to ASME IX, BS EN 287/288 and ISO 1564-1-2004.
